LESS WATER AND ENERGY CONSUMPTION
OPTIMUM FABRIC WEAR
No use of dyes, solvents or the other chemicals typical of traditional processes. Using a laser avoids sand blasting, potassium permanganate spray and manual hand-sanding whilst at the same time production capacity can be increased by more than 4000 pieces/day.
A laser is not only environmentally friendly but it is also kind to those hands-on team members responsible for the finishing process.
Lasertex series products provide a proven, robust, durable solution for years of trouble free operation. They are proven to be capable of working with complex designs and high resolution images.
Maximum productivity with a single operator:
+ OF 200 UNITS PER HOUR
Laser acts as a thermal source evaporating the indigo dye used in denim. It is a sublimation process and fumes are efficiently collected through an extraction system.
In contrast to conventional finishing methods such as sandblasting or ice pellet blasting using a laser means that the use of solvents, chemicals and abrasives is avoided. It is the most productive and efficient solution. It is sustainable and protects the planet; there is no risk of harm to the operator.
